RODGS real estate investment fund is a project-oriented investment fund.
On the basis of ensuring the safety of the operation of the fund, the investor applies to join the investment fund to become a potential designated investor. RODGS is responsible for finding suitable projects and then provides feasibility reports, development plans, profit analysis, time line and other professional reports and analysis to prospective investors within quota of investment fund.
The investor will complete the funding and set up the project company within the specified time, and the investor will inject money in proportion to the investment fund, and RODGS could become one of the investors. The established project company entrusts RODGS Group to carry out project management and operation.
After project sales and taxation, the RODGS management company will charge a lower than the market price of the management fee. And the investor will share the rest of profit in premium return rate base on shares.
